Elite Automation is Hiring a HR Manager Near Lindon, UT
Elite Automation is an Electrical Automation and Robotics company that is expanding quickly. Our headquarters are in Lindon Utah, with offices in North Caralina and Texas but we do installation and programming projects all over the world; from nearby locations like Salt Lake City, to halfway across the world in Germany. We’ve done projects for large companies such as General Motors, Volvo, and Clemens; as well as smaller projects for companies. We pride ourselves on our quality and efficiency, and have earned a reputation as one of the top automation companies in the country. Some of the types of projects we do are (but are not limited to):
· ASRS crane installation, programming, and support
· Robotics- including pick-and-place, material handling, palletizing, etc.
· Conveyor design and installation
· Electrical controls
· Product solutions
· Efficiency analysis and subsequent upgrades
· System design

Job Responsibilities
- Hiring/ Firing
- Disciplinary wright ups
- Coming up with Rewards programs for achieving productivity.
- Maintaining office supply's and general materials
- Upkeep on the printers
- New hire onboarding
- Keep track of Company Assets.
- General tasks not listed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Office management
- Prior experience in Human resources.
- 2-3 year HR experience.
- Good leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,622.73 - $75,739.21 per year
